Cookie Notice
This Cookie Notice explains how AI Budget Rush Pte. Ltd. uses cookies and similar technologies on https://aibudgetrush.pro. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Who operates this site
AI Budget Rush Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202956418M), 168 Robinson Road, #12-05 Capital Tower, Singapore 068912, operates this website. Questions about cookies or privacy may be sent to [email protected] or [email protected]. Telephone: +65 6814 8526, Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 SGT.
We provide vocational training in AI-assisted budget management and professional income-skills. Cookie data is used to run the site securely and, if you allow it, to understand how visitors navigate educational content—not to underwrite financial guarantees or investment products.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage keys and session storage used by modern browsers. Some cookies are strictly necessary for core functions such as remembering that you closed a consent banner or keeping a mobile menu accessible. Others help us measure aggregated traffic patterns so we can improve programme pages, clarity of disclaimers, and contact pathways.
Cookies may be “first-party” (set by aibudgetrush.pro) or “third-party” (set by a vendor whose resources load on our pages). Session cookies expire when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.
3. Your choice and six-month storage
When you first visit, a cookie consent dialog offers three actions: Accept all, Reject all, or Customise. Your choice is stored for six months. After that period, or if you clear site data, the banner may appear again so you can make a fresh decision. Rejecting optional cookies does not block access to programme descriptions, FAQ content, or the contact form; only non-essential measurement features are withheld.
Customise allows you to keep essential cookies while declining analytics or preference cookies. You can change your mind later by clearing cookies for this site or contacting us to request guidance on resetting preferences.
4. Cookie categories
4.1 Essential cookies
These cookies are required for the website to function. They support security basics, load balancing where applicable, consent-state memory, and interface behaviours such as navigation drawers when JavaScript is enabled. Because they are necessary to deliver the service you request, they are set regardless of optional consent, consistent with reasonable expectations for a functional site under Singapore’s PDPA framework when used for these limited purposes.
Typical storage duration: session, or up to six months for consent preference records so we do not repeatedly interrupt your browsing with the same prompt.
4.2 Preference cookies
Preference cookies remember choices such as interface settings you explicitly select (for example, a customised cookie configuration beyond the default banner response). They are optional. If you reject them, you may need to re-select preferences more often.
Typical storage duration: up to six months.
4.3 Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are visited, approximate geographic regions at a coarse level, device categories, and referral sources. We use this information in aggregate to improve clarity of training descriptions, reduce confusion about outcomes disclaimers, and prioritise content updates. Analytics cookies are optional and load only if you Accept all or enable them under Customise.
Typical storage duration: from twenty-four hours up to thirteen months depending on the specific analytics identifier, subject to vendor defaults and our configuration to minimise retention where practical.
4.4 Marketing cookies
We do not currently rely on advertising networks to retarget visitors across the open web with third-party ad cookies. If that changes, we will update this Notice, seek appropriate consent before enabling such cookies, and list the relevant vendors below. Any future marketing cookies would remain optional.
5. Storage durations summary
- Consent / banner choice: six months
- Essential session cookies: browser session
- Essential persistent functional cookies: up to six months
- Preference cookies: up to six months
- Analytics cookies: typically 24 hours to 13 months (vendor-dependent)
- Server security logs related to requests (not always cookie-based): about ninety days
6. Vendor list
Depending on configuration and your consent choices, the following parties may set or process cookie-related data:
- AI Budget Rush Pte. Ltd. — first-party essential and preference cookies for consent state and site functionality on aibudgetrush.pro.
- Hosting / infrastructure provider (Singapore-hosted environment) — may set strictly necessary cookies or tokens for delivery, availability, and abuse prevention.
- Font delivery (Google Fonts, if loaded by our stylesheet) — may receive technical request data such as IP address when fonts are fetched; we aim to use fonts in a privacy-aware manner and treat associated technical processing as part of page rendering rather than advertising.
- Analytics vendor (only if enabled after consent) — privacy-oriented or standard web analytics tools configured for aggregated measurement. When active, the vendor name and key cookie identifiers will be reflected in banner customise panels and in updates to this list.
We do not sell cookie data. Transfers outside Singapore, if any, are handled with safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.
7. How to opt out
You can control cookies in several ways:
- Use Reject all on our banner to decline optional cookies while keeping essentials.
- Use Customise to enable only the categories you want.
- Clear existing cookies via your browser settings for aibudgetrush.pro, then reload the page to see the banner again.
- Use browser controls to block third-party cookies or send a global privacy preference where your browser supports it; note that essential cookies may still be required for forms and navigation.
- Email [email protected] if you need help understanding which categories apply to your visit.
Blocking all cookies, including essential ones, may limit menu behaviour, consent memory, or reliable form submission. Optional analytics can be refused without losing access to educational content about programmes and services.
8. Relationship to personal data
Where cookies collect personal data (for example, an IP address combined with identifiers), processing is described in our Privacy Policy under PDPA 2012 principles, including purpose limitation, retention, and your access or correction rights. Cookie preference records help us demonstrate that optional technologies were not forced on you.
9. Updates
We may revise this Cookie Notice when our vendors, categories, or durations change. The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or via the consent banner when a new choice is required.
AI Budget Rush teaches practical skills with honest outcome framing. Cookies help us operate and improve the website; they are not used to promise savings, salary increases, or investment returns.
